Important disclaimer

B2Verify aggregates publicly available data from UK government registers. All information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. The Trust Score is an algorithmic indicator — it should not be the sole basis for any commercial decision.

1. About B2Verify

B2Verify ("we", "us") operates the platform at www.b2verify.com. The platform aggregates publicly available data from Companies House and other UK public registers to assist users in assessing UK business entities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using B2Verify you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. Nature of Information & Disclaimer

All data displayed on B2Verify is sourced from public UK government registers (primarily Companies House) and is provided as-is, for informational purposes only. It does not constitute:

  • Financial advice or investment recommendations
  • Legal advice
  • Credit assessment or rating
  • Professional due diligence services

The Trust Score and risk indicators are algorithmic outputs based on publicly available filing data. Data may not always be current; Companies House data can lag real-world events. Always conduct independent verification for material decisions.

What our outputs are and are not. B2Verify provides factual data analysis and pattern detection based on UK public registers. Trust Scores, risk bands, and Notices (Identity Inconsistency, Recurring Pattern, Complex Ownership Structure) are observations of the public record. They are not accusations of wrongdoing or improper intent on the part of any individual or company.

Where our analysis identifies a pattern, the pattern itself is the observation; legitimate explanations may exist that are not visible from the register alone. Users must conduct independent verification before making business decisions and should not treat any output of our system as a determination of character, conduct, or intent.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed at the applicable plan rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, B2Verify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • ·Reliance on information provided through the platform
  • ·Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in public register data
  • ·Delays in data updates from source registers
  • ·Business decisions made based on Trust Scores or platform outputs

Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use B2Verify to:

  • Harass, defame, or harm individuals
  • Conduct mass automated scraping or bulk data extraction
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercialise platform data
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.

7. Trust Badge & Embedded Marks

Members on paid and free plans may embed the B2Verify Trust Badge on their own websites. The badge image is provided as-is, refreshes on a 24-hour cache, and is hosted on our servers.

Responsibilities: the displaying company is responsible for the manner in which the badge appears on their website. The badge must not be modified, edited, or wrapped in misleading text. The link must remain intact and direct visitors to the genuine B2Verify profile of the company.

Accuracy of underlying data: the badge is a hyperlink with branding; it does not display a score or status. Visitors clicking the badge see live current data on B2Verify. We do not warrant the accuracy of any third-party representation of B2Verify data outside the badge image itself.

Withdrawal: B2Verify reserves the right to disable badge generation for accounts that misuse the embed (for example, by altering the linked URL to redirect elsewhere, or wrapping the badge in misleading marketing claims). In such cases the badge image will return a placeholder.

8. Intellectual Property

The B2Verify platform, Trust Score algorithm, and associated software are proprietary to B2Verify. Underlying business data is sourced under the Open Government Licence v3.0. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the platform without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
